And a warm welcome to my blog about the voyage I will be making on the narrowboat BLUE SKIES from Banbury to Limehouse Basin in Central London.
The route will initially head north along the Oxford Canal before turning east to link up with the Grand Union Main Line. From there I shall head south, passing Northampton, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Tring and Hemel Hempstead. At Brentford, I will head east along the Regents Canal through central London, to reach my destination of Limehouse Basin next to the River Thames.
I will be posting as and when the internet allows (hopefully every day) with photos/video (if the camera works!!).
